Founder & CEO
As Founder & CEO, Jonathan is a leader and innovator in the recovery industry. Jonathan owned one of the largest continuums of care sober living companies in Northern California, Stepping Up. In 2015 Stepping Up was acquired by Cornerstone Sober living. After being acquired, Jonathan started a consulting firm focused on organizations with a need to scale either top talent or topline revenue. As a strategic partner in talent acquisition and market acquisition, Jonathan led talent growth for companies like Enphase Energy, GoPro, and WeWork. Jonathan served on the Marin County Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board, and is the Northern California Outreach Coordinator for the Black Americans in AA. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Homes for the Homeless. Jonathan’s passion and vision for Seekhaven emerged from his service as a Veteran of Desert Storm and upon returning he experienced over a decade of addiction and homelessness and has been in recovery for 15 years. He now has become a tech entrepreneur and app innovator. He is using his experience to give back and help others transition from drug and alcohol addiction, homelessness, and other afflictions to a life of purpose.
Finance professional with broad-based experience in a variety of senior operational and strategic finance roles. Extensive experience working with emerging/ high growth technology companies, ranging from pre-revenue to $100M+ in annual revenues; directly participated in over 200 VC/ PE transactions ranging in round size from $2M (seed) to $60M+ (growth-capital).
CTO with over 15 years of experience in planning, developing and delivering software solutions in industries including healthcare, staffing, and distribution. Staffed with a team of 4 senior engineers that carry the cadence to deliver fast, scalable and rapid results from working together.

Andriya Glessner, VP of Business Development, aka Ondi served as the Division Director of Alternatives to Incarceration programs in Sonoma County, CA for 26 years. Andriya is a skilled negotiator. She has an outstanding record in successfully brokering and expanding programs in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
